As an investment cooperative, we invest in companies that shape the future of the horticultural sector.
Our member base consists of approximately 280 growers from the Netherlands and Germany, all active in ornamental and vegetable cultivation. As an investment cooperative, we invest with an eye to the future. This means that we provide capital, expertise and network to companies that contribute to more efficient and sustainable production for a growing world population.
Our investment strategy is characterised by:
- Investing with a long-term vision.
- The opportunity to invest additional capital in our portfolio companies so that they can further innovate and expand.
- The fact that we only sell our shares when the company is ready for a new phase of growth that can be better supported by another shareholder.
